My project is a visual pursuit of a future that is both outlandish and strangely familiar. By rejecting minimal and mono-cultural aesthetics favouring an exhilarating riot of colour and form, I create paintings and sculptures that synthesise an investigation of the limitlessness of inner worlds and outer space.

I am interested in a journey into the artist's mind, which becomes a journey for everyone who views my art.

Lost down a vortex of sensory overload, transported into another dimension, we can go back to the future. Drawn deep into a place where candy colours swirl with ecstasy, penetrating our irises and our souls like tremendous, infectious rays of positivity - I am taking us on a journey of questioning life itself.

Drawing from pop culture, psychedelic art, science fiction and digital technologies, I explore ideas of transcendence and kitsch mysticism. My works are cut and shaped intuitively, adorned with automotive paint and glitter and displayed through laser-cut aluminium, plywood, fibreglass and raku clay.

My methodology of spontaneous ideas swirls in and out of a harmonious balance, with transforming thoughts, feelings and attitudes. I hope to embrace the essence of creativity at its source by transcending conventional boundaries of form, materials and colour. I want my paintings to become one with everything and express the spirituality and alternate realities that inform my practice - freeing the untold power of the mind which is waiting to be unlocked.

I am serving up a thoroughly new way of expressing the realities of the current zeitgeist.
