This video installation focuses on exploring the complex dynamics of parent-child relationships and the profound impact of Confucian ideology on societal norms, specifically in enforcing patriarchal filial hierarchies. It relates directly to my exam presentation and research interests this year. The core objective of this artwork is to bring attention to the repressive and dysfunctional nature of these relationships.
